Welcome to YIVIDIA (the "App"). Please read these Terms of Use (also serving as the End User License Agreement, EULA) carefully before using the App. By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

YIVIDIA is a real-time AI assistant for interviews, meetings, customer support, and pitch defense, offering live transcription, AI answer suggestions, knowledge-base retrieval, and voice read-aloud. AI-generated content is for reference only and does not constitute professional (legal, medical, financial, etc.) advice; please use your own judgment.

2. Account & Sign-In

The App uses Sign in with Apple for authentication, used to access cloud AI services and manage credits and subscriptions. You are responsible for safeguarding your Apple ID.

3. Credits & Billing

The App is free to download, with free AI credits granted after you sign in. Recording and transcription are always free, unlimited, and use no credits; credits are consumed only when AI generates an answer or reads text aloud.

4. Subscriptions & Payment (Auto-Renewable Subscription)

• Monthly Membership is an auto-renewable subscription: the subscription length is 1 month, with AI credits granted monthly. The exact price is shown in the App and on the App Store.
• Auto-renewal: Unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, the subscription renews automatically, and your Apple account is charged for the next period within 24 hours before the period ends.
• Manage & cancel: You can view, manage, or cancel your subscription at any time in iOS/macOS Settings → your Apple Account → Subscriptions. After cancellation you retain access until the end of the current paid period; it will not renew.
• Minute packs are one-time consumable purchases that never expire and do not auto-renew.
• Payment: All payments are made and processed through Apple App Store In-App Purchase; we never handle your card or payment credentials. Refunds are subject to Apple's policies.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the App for any unlawful, infringing, or improper purpose, not to upload materials you are not authorized to process, and not to abuse, attack, or reverse-engineer our service.

6. Privacy

How we handle your information is described in our Privacy Policy. Core principles: on-device first, minimal collection, no misuse.

7. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

The App is provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, we make no warranty as to the accuracy, completeness, or fitness of AI-generated content, and we are not liable for any loss arising from use of the App or reliance on AI output beyond what applicable law mandates.

8. Intellectual Property

The App and its brand, interface, and content are owned by the developer. Knowledge-base content you import remains yours.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time and will post updates on this page. Material changes will be highlighted appropriately. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
