How do I get started?
Open the app → sign in with Apple → (optional) import local files (txt/md/pdf/docx/pptx) in Knowledge → pick a scene (Meeting / Interview / Support / Pitch Defense) → turn on Live Whisper or recording.
What are the four scenes?
Meeting: dual-channel recording with live transcription, plus "Ask AI" afterward to retrieve key points. Interview: detects the interviewer's question and drafts an optimal answer outline. Support: recognizes the customer's question and gives deal-friendly replies. Pitch Defense: AI reads your knowledge base, plays judge with active follow-up questions, and gives you a scored performance review.
Do I need a connection? Are my files uploaded?
Knowledge-base parsing, chunking, and vector retrieval all happen locally on your device — files and the index are never uploaded to our servers. When you use cloud AI, only the necessary text snippets are sent to generate an answer. See the Privacy Policy for details.
What's the difference between free and paid?
The app is free to download and includes free monthly credits after you sign in. When you need more, you can buy a subscription or minute pack via in-app purchase.
How do I restore a purchase?
On the app's Account screen, tap "Restore purchases", or make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID used for the original purchase.
Microphone / speech recognition / screen-recording permissions
Speech recognition needs microphone and speech-recognition permission. Capturing the other side's audio in meetings and "Live Whisper (system audio)" additionally require granting Screen Recording in System Settings → Privacy & Security → Screen Recording, then restarting the app.
How do I delete my account / data?
You can sign out from the app's Account screen. To delete your cloud account and associated data, email us at the address above and we'll process it after verification.
